Through Early Start CT, funded by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, spaces are available at reduced cost in high-quality early care and education programs. 

 

Eligible applicants are:

· Children who are residents of Connecticut;

· Families who want a 5-day-a-week program;

· Families who may find it difficult to pay for child care and/or preschool
