Meet Our Facilitators!
Joy Lenares
I have been working at C3 for 13 years. I facilitate Joyful Noise groups, parent workshops & professional development workshops for families and providers in our community. I have a passion for children and the adults who have the very big and sometimes isolating job of caring for them. It is my mission to continue to provide programming and support to those influencing, raising and loving our children the best I can. Prior to working for C3, I was a Special Education teacher and a counselor to children and families. I am a mother of two awesome girls, ages 24 and 30 years. It is my role as a mom that has influenced me the most. I continue to be humbled by this difficult and rewarding job of parenting. I believe that connecting with others and sharing our stories help restore our humanness and compassion for ourselves. How we feel about ourselves and the support that we have, has direct influence on our ability to parent the way we want to. I am so looking forward to connecting with you.

Sharon Wilinski
I have been teaching with Joyful Noise since April 2019, and it has truly been a rewarding part of my journey. I moved to Colchester in 2012, and the following year welcomed my first son, who is now 13. Being both new to the area and a first-time mom felt overwhelming at times, but everything changed when I was introduced to C3 through a neighbor. Enrolling my son in a class not only supported his development, but also helped me build meaningful connections with other local families. That sense of community has made Colchester feel like home for our family.
Over the years, I have participated in a variety of parenting programs, including Circle of Security, Conscious Discipline, People Empowering People, and FLIP. These experiences have provided me with invaluable tools and insights that continue to shape my approach to parenting and teaching.
In my early 20s, I taught swimming lessons on the beaches of Long Island, where I discovered my passion for working with children and supporting their growth and confidence. While I hold a bachelor’s degree in business, I have found my true fulfillment in working with children and families.
In my free time, I enjoy visiting family on Long Island, spending time at the beach, and watching my two boys, Adam and Austin, explore and grow. They are very active in sports, including lacrosse, soccer, and basketball, which keeps our family busy and on the go.
I look forward to connecting with you and your family as we navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood together.
